✨ About The Role
- Oversee Poly-Ethylene (PE) production processes and equipment performance, analyzing process data to detect trends, inefficiencies, and potential issues
- Implement optimization strategies to enhance throughput, yield, and energy efficiency, troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues promptly
- Support commissioning using a system-based approach, developing and implementing corrective measures for process deviations
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to improve plant performance, ensuring all plant operations adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards
- Plan and execute plant modifications and upgrades, providing technical input and support during the design, construction, and commissioning phases
âš¡ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in refinery or chemical industry operations
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a refinery, petrochemical, or chemical environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in process simulation and data analysis software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of refinery or chemical processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement with strong leadership and teamwork abilities
