We are launching a strategic and ambitious project around Salesforce technologies, offering a unique opportunity to work on innovative, scalable, and high-impact solutions. As a Tech Lead Salesforce, you will be at the heart of this technological adventure, leading the developments, mentoring teams, and ensuring technical excellence. Your missions:

  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and coach a team of Salesforce developers, ensure the quality of deliverables, and foster skill development.
  • Design & Development: Design robust and scalable solutions, develop on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrate Salesforce with IT systems via API.
  • Technical Reference: Be the preferred contact for technical choices, arbitrations, and best practices.
  • Quality & Innovation: Conduct code audits, propose continuous improvements, and ensure the performance and security of solutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Participate in technical framing, communicate with architects, write and analyze specifications.
  • Support & Training: Contribute to user training, ensure technical maintenance and support.

Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 7 years minimum on Salesforce, with solid mastery of Apex, LWC, technical integrations, and deployment processes.

Leadership: Ability to animate a team, take initiatives, and manage technical priorities.

Communication: Fluency in speaking and writing, ability to simplify technical concepts.

Certifications: Ideally certified Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, or CTA.

Soft skills: Analytical mind, creativity, adaptability, team spirit.

Good command of English.

You are always on the lookout for new technological developments and you like to exchange and participate in internal animation (Events, conferences, SQLI community, meetups, etc…).

Agility, your desire and your ability to grow technically, your taste for sharing and teamwork push you to go further and see differently.
