Revenue Operations (RevOps) Intern
The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Intern will support the RevOps team in maintaining data quality, assisting with reporting, and helping ensure the smooth execution of operational processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
This role provides hands-on exposure to CRM systems, business analytics, and revenue operations processes. The intern will work closely with the RevOps team to ensure accurate data, reliable reporting, and operational efficiency that supports business decision-making.
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in data analytics, business intelligence, CRM systems, and SaaS operations.
1. Data Quality Monitoring
- Review CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data in the system.
- Perform routine data validation and quality checks across accounts, deals, contacts, and other records.
- Support the enforcement of data governance standards.
2. Data Cleaning and Maintenance
- Assist in cleaning and standardizing data across the CRM and reporting tools.
- Perform deduplication and record consolidation when necessary.
- Support bulk updates and corrections to improve overall data integrity.
3. Reporting and Analytics Support
- Assist in generating regular reports for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Support dashboard updates and data preparation for internal reporting.
- Help analyze data trends related to pipeline, customer activity, and operational performance.
4. Operational Support and BAU Tasks
- Support day-to-day operational tasks of the RevOps team.
- Assist in monitoring workflows, automations, and system processes.
- Help document processes and operational guidelines.
- Provide administrative support for RevOps initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
