Plainfield Tower is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team! Plainfield Tower is a Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Community. We are seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. At Springpoint, the RSC is responsible for developing and promoting a variety of activities which provide opportunities for socialization across religious, ethnic, and intergenerational backgrounds of the residents, families, and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement case management services to all residents.
• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Assist with move-in and orientation of new residents.
• Monitor and maintain records reflecting all residents' physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Document resident incidents.
• Participate and promote interactive problem-solving with staff.
• Assist residents and their families with move-out if necessary.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate resident centered activities programs, including community intergenerational programs.
• Coordinate volunteer programs with residents and community.
• Promote positive public relations through contacting media about special events.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures based on services provided.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in social work field with seniors and non-elderly disabled

Full-Time: Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)

Pay Range: $20 - $25 / hour
