Overview

From September to March, the Temporary Operations Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school. This flexible team member will provide administrative, operational, and family-facing support across multiple departments, helping to keep systems organized, communication clear, and events running seamlessly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and ready to step in wherever needed to support the school community.

What does an Operations Associate do?

The general duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support daily school operations by covering the main office and completing administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, filing, and mailings.
• Provide scheduling, communication, and administrative support for meetings, events, and compliance-related processes involving staff, families, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and data in school systems, ensuring timely documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Communicate regularly with families about school events, attendance, and meetings, including providing Spanish interpretation and translation when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school's operations leadership team.

We do have a few requirements and preferred qualifications for this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Previous administrative experience, ideally in a school or education setting.
• Familiarity working with databases/information systems (preferred).

Compensation & Schedule

The annual salary range for this position is $48,000 to $55,000 based on demonstrated experience at this level. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:25-3:50.
