We are looking for an HR Advisor (m/w/d) as a temporary parental leave replacement in part-time (34 h/week) starting February 2026 for our agile HR team in Berlin. As part of our team, you will take over the day-to-day operations with the highest care and professionalism while working closely with the HR Managers (w/m/d). You will have varied and independent tasks, such as:
Contact person for all HR concerns of the employees: You are the first point of contact for questions in personal matters. You support and advise all employees in your area of responsibility.
Support of HR managers in all personnel processes: From conducting the onboarding of new employees to offboarding, organizing parental leave, and managing transfers – you play a central role in the entire lifecycle of the employees.
Creation of employment contracts, certificates, and other work-related documents: You take care of the creation of these documents and ensure that all data is correctly recorded and managed in the HR tool Workday.
Active shaping of internal processes and participation in cross-departmental projects: You identify improvement potentials in the department and implement ideas to increase the efficiency of HR processes, while working closely with other departments to promote team-wide cooperation.
