Location: Santa Clara County, CA | Full-Time: Mon–Fri, 10 PM – 6 AM

What You'll Do:

• Support clients with independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Assist clients with developmental disabilities & behavioral challenges
• Plan and organize schedules to promote goal achievement
• Document client progress via case notes

Who You Are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communicator & problem solver
• Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings
• Behavioral health experience a plus, but not required
