Maintenance Coordinator, SP+ Fleet Services

Responsibilities

Administration of RTA Maintenance Management Software:

• Daily data entry of Repair Orders created by Technicians
• Daily data entry of vehicle mileage readings
• Creation of parts Purchase Orders
• Receiving, counting, and data input of all purchased parts
• Responsible for periodic inventory counting and auditing
• Monthly reporting and EOP updates, document filing, and photocopying

Create and maintain Word and Excel reports and documents

Additional duties as assigned

Company-branded shirts will be provided, and required to be worn while on duty

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have computer usage skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player, yet be able to work independently
• Proficient using Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions
• Experience with RTA (Ron Turley Associates) maintenance software a plus
• Travel for company business is occasionally required
• License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
• DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required

Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (+ tips)

This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
