You're a storyteller and strategist rolled into one. With 4+ years of experience in product marketing (or a mix of product marketing and GTM roles in B2B tech in physical world industries), you know how to turn complex products into clear, compelling narratives that win over customers and partners.
- You've launched new products into new markets and know what it takes to define ICPs, refine messaging, and enable sales to close deals.
- You're as comfortable building out positioning and solution pages as you are jumping on a call to support a sales pitch or customer interview.
- If you have familiarity with the channel selling motion through VARs, SI and MSP partners, you've got a leg up.
- You are self-motivated and accountable. You excel with ownership and autonomy, producing high quality outcomes with minimal direction and oversight.
- You are a humble expert. You bring strong expertise with staying open to new ideas and new ways of doing things. You focus on getting it right rather than being right. You strive for the next level.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Spot AI, you'll be at the center of bringing our next-generation products to market. You'll:
- Own messaging and positioning for our newest product line (starting with AI Security Guard), making sure it resonates with our first ICP in retail and beyond.
- Enable marketing, sales and partners with the tools, content, and confidence they need to tell the Spot AI story and win with new personas.
- Drive GTM campaigns built around solutions and use cases, creating content that speaks directly to customer pain points and opportunities.
- Research and refine ICPs, running the discovery needed to take us from retail to the next markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure every launch is both strategic and executable.
- Balance strategy and execution—crafting big-picture narratives while rolling up your sleeves to write, edit, and build the assets that make it real.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000. The offered salary will depend on your location within the U.S. and your demonstrated skills and competencies for the role. Your recruiter will provide the specific range for your area as you progress through the interview process.
