The Steam Thermal Solutions business is one of three businesses within Spirax Group. We are looking for proactive people who combine curiosity, commercial thinking and collaboration to take ownership of our day-to-day operations in the Hungarian market. This is a key, hands-on role responsible for ensuring smooth execution across order management, customer service, inventory, and logistics. You will act as the central point of contact for operations in Hungary and collaborate closely with regional teams.

Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage end-to-end operational tasks independently

Comfortable working with data, tracking key operational metrics, and preparing reporting inputs
Motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve both processes and own capabilities

Experience in customer service/logistics/administration
Fluent Hungarian and Communicative English – daily cooperation in Hungarian with colleagues and customers + collaboration with colleagues from other countries from our EE OpCo (Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, UK and many more)
Good organizational skills and proactive approach
