As our business grows, we are looking for a General Manager (GM) to lead our Mexico-based sales operation. This role oversees a high-performing, English-speaking team of 10–25 sales agents who work directly with U.S. clients. The team's focus is to close deals — no lead generation, no qualification, just pure, high-quality sales execution.
As GM, you will be responsible for all aspects of site management: team leadership, performance oversight, process execution, culture building, and alignment with Spines' U.S. revenue goals. We are looking for a hands-on, metrics-obsessed sales leader with a proven track record managing call center or telesales teams. You excel at coaching agents to close, building structure for scale, and creating a culture of accountability and growth. You thrive in high-velocity, English-speaking environments and are passionate about developing talent.
