- The HR Business Partner will provide coaching and guidance to leaders, collaborate on people solutions, and drive business outcomes while focusing on growth mindset and shared objectives
- Other duties include managing team member issues, performance deficiencies, and developing high-trust, high-performing teams in partnership with organizational leadership teams

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within the technology, software, or high-growth sector
- Comprehensive understanding of current US HR legislation and employment standards
- Strong business acumen and exposure to HR Technology implementations
- Ability to influence and impact key decisions by demonstrating deep subject matter expertise
- Experience with rapid, complex, and changing work environments
