⚡ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within the technology, software, or high-growth sector - Comprehensive understanding of current US HR legislation and employment standards - Strong business acumen and exposure to HR Technology implementations - Ability to influence and impact key decisions by demonstrating deep subject matter expertise - Experience with rapid, complex, and changing work environments
