- The role involves installing and configuring software remotely or at client locations
- Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving software-related issues, providing necessary training to users, and documenting interventions with clients
- The technician will work under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth implementation and transfer of project information
- The position requires a customer-oriented approach, professionalism, and autonomy in handling technical support and customer service tasks

- Strong technical background with experience in computer technology or relevant studies
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English to support bilingual clients in Canada and the USA
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to resolve technical issues and provide customer support
- Willingness to travel and possess a valid passport and driver's license
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in the telephony or 911 field would be advantageous
