- Partner Success Specialist role is crucial in shaping customer experience and satisfaction for all client initiatives after initial onboarding

- The position could be based anywhere in Canada with a preference for the Ottawa head office
⚡ Requirements
- Ideal candidate should have a background in public safety and experience working with Versaterm products
- Must have prior experience managing project teams and providing support for users of public safety software systems
- Strong communication skills in English are essential, French language skills would be an asset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Passion for public safety and a desire to go above and beyond to meet client demands
