About the role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the performance of our digital experience — leading our website and driving growth through digital campaigns, SEO, and conversion optimization. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves combining brand storytelling with data-driven marketing and customer-first digital experience.
A key priority in this role will be leading the launch of a new Shopify website rebuild in partnership with our agency - ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with our approachable luxury brand standards.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum. Pay ranges are established based on work location and market standards for the applicable position. The successful candidates starting pay rate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
