Tasks
- Receive training and understand company solutions and services.
- Support sales activities documentation.
- Introduce, consult, and finalize company products/services to customers.
- Attend presentations/demos with customers.
- Care for and support customers before and after sales.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service/product quality for customers.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales/Telesales or consulting, sales.
- Understanding of technology products and customer service.
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Dynamic, confident, proactive, and able to handle work pressure.
- Preference for candidates with customer networks or market knowledge of company products.
