As our Support / IT Manager, you will be the backbone of our internal infrastructure and the one who ensures a smooth and secure employee experience. Your role will be twofold: managing day-to-day support and IT equipment (the ongoing tasks) while also leading key projects to evolve our IT environment.
You will be the main point of contact for all technical and hardware-related questions from our teams, and you will work on the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.
