We're focused on building consistent, people-first HR operations that support our teams and leaders across a growing, multi-state organization. Our goal is to create reliable, well-run HR processes that make things easier for employees and managers alike.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of HR operations. As an HR Generalist, you'll support day-to-day HR functions with a strong focus on onboarding, benefits administration, employee data accuracy, and consistent execution. You'll be a key point of contact for employees and managers, helping ensure a smooth, organized, and supportive HR experience across the business.
This is an in-person role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Operations role • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through • Experience supporting onboarding and benefits administration • Comfortable working in a multi-location or multi-state environment • HRIS experience and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
