Lead and support the front desk team during busy shifts. Set the vibe for great service and positive energy. Keep the front-of-house organized and guest-ready. Oversee lanes, arcade, and attractions throughout the day. Train and coach team members. Step in and handle guest concerns confidently. Help with scheduling and event coverage. Run POS transactions accurately. Open and close the building. Keep safety top of mind and respond to issues quickly.
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of guest service experience. 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required. Hospitality or food and beverage experience is a big plus. Strong communicator who isn't afraid to take charge. Comfortable giving direction and holding people accountable. Available nights, weekends, and holidays. Someone who can stay calm when it gets busy.
Able to stand and walk for most of your shift. Able to move quickly around the facility. Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Comfortable working in a lively space with music, lights, and steady noise. Able to stay focused and responsive in an active environment.
