What You'll Do

As a member of our team, you'll work directly with union members who have requested information about their benefits. Your role is to help them understand their coverage, explain available options clearly, and ensure each family receives the guidance and support they deserve.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound communication with union members.
• Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based appointments.
• Presenting benefit programs in a professional, informative, and engaging manner.
• Completing digital forms and applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control and compliance.
• Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.
