You'll handle both inbound and outbound communications, schedule and run virtual appointments, deliver engaging presentations, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure accuracy through quality control. This position is ideal for someone with a customer-first mindset who enjoys building strong relationships and takes pride in providing excellent service.
