About the Role

• Schedule and conduct virtual benefit consultations
• Educate clients on their options and help them choose the right protection
• Assist in completing applications and ensuring accuracy
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
• Participate in leadership development programs and team coaching
