We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role involves architecting and implementing multi-tier applications using the latest technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. You will play a key part in driving innovation, mentoring team members, and delivering IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of Condeco business clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements review and contribute to solution design.
• End-to-end delivery of key modules, including design and architecture.
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code as needed.
• Continuously improve existing software through industry-standard refactoring practices.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
• Design and implement multi-tier software using technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, and Web API.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced team to provide IT solutions to Condeco business clients.
• Optimize performance and monitor live systems.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance technical capabilities.

About You

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a.NET Developer.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., MVC).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including Continuous Delivery.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Practical experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data ETL technologies (e.g., Databricks, Synapse, MS Fabric) is a plus.
