The role is accountable for delivering revenue, expanding strategic OEM relationships, and building long-term commercial partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong automotive market knowledge with proven experience closing complex, multi-country deals and leading senior sales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and prioritize high-growth OEM accounts and expansion opportunities across products and services.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the EMEA OEM Sales team, setting clear commercial objectives and performance metrics.
  • Drive disciplined sales execution, including pipeline management, deal reviews, and forecast accuracy.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key OEM accounts and strategic deals.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers at European automotive OEMs.
  • Lead and support large, complex negotiations and contract closures.
  • Expand account penetration by opening new buying centers and commercial stakeholders within OEM organizations.
  • Monitor automotive and mobility market trends to anticipate customer demand and competitive dynamics.
  • Ensure strong commercial positioning of our offerings against competitors in OEM tenders and negotiations.
  • Provide market feedback to product teams to support portfolio evolution and pricing strategies.

Qualifications and experience include:

  • Extensive experience in senior OEM sales or commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth with automotive OEMs across Europe.
  • Demonstrated experience leading regional or international sales teams and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of OEM procurement, sourcing, and decision-making processes.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate and close high-value, multi-year agreements.
  • Strategic, data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
  • Fluency in English is required; German or French is strongly preferred. Additional European languages are an advantage.

What we offer:

  • A senior commercial leadership role with clear revenue ownership and strategic impact.
  • The opportunity to shape and grow the EMEA OEM business within a global organization.
  • A high-autonomy role in an international, performance-oriented sales environment.
  • Competitive executive compensation, incentive plan, and benefits.
