Client Service Team Member

Data Delivery Client Services team is a diverse team of collaborative, problem solvers and solution finders with a passion for providing the very best customer experience in a fast-paced environment. We are responsible for the support of applications and/or systems that deliver S&P data to our clients. We provide a 24 hours by 5 days a week support by having team representation in 3 regions.

We are seeking an outstanding client service team member and support enthusiast to engage with our clients through proactive consultation on the financial industry and S&P sophisticated software and product offerings. This person will be responsible for supporting customers migrations, implementations and on all operational matters.

Client services team is contributing for the client relationship with company's groups by developing client-focused processes and solutions, ensure smooth user onboarding by providing necessary training. Associates gather intelligent product feedback and act as an advocate on behalf of the client to Product Development.

Partner with customers in developing and implementing their strategic solutions

Work in a highly collaborative and passionate team environment.

Develop deep technical and/or strategic advisory skills in an organization that is very supportive of personal development.

Provide outstanding services and ensure client satisfaction.

Participate in client development and retention programs.

Deliver product trainings and presentations to clients.

Address client inquiries about products and services in a timely fashion.

Analyze client concerns and work with other teams to provide immediate resolutions.

Notify customers about new product developments and enhancements.

Bachelor's Degree and min. 4 years of experience in a Finance or FinTech industry

Experience in Data Analysis skills with good knowledge of SQL.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel along Macros/VBA.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English
