As a Salesforce PMBA, you'll drive the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem by combining strong platform knowledge, business analysis, and project leadership. This hybrid role is designed for someone who can understand the big picture, define detailed requirements, and lead end-to-end solution delivery across Salesforce modules — including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated AppExchange partners.
You'll be at the forefront of platform governance, large-scale project execution, and continuous process optimization — enabling teams across the organization to deliver faster, better, and smarter.
Influence the future architecture of our Salesforce platform
Lead multi-team projects and enterprise-scale deployments
Mentor and grow into leadership roles
Work on a modern tech stack with tools like Copado, Metazoa, X-Author, Salesforce APIs, and DevOps pipelines
Shape industry best practices in CRM at a Fortune 500 organization
Set strategic direction and enforce platform standards across security, access control, configuration, and data integrity.
Configure and maintain Salesforce features including: Lightning App Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Page Layouts, and Record Types.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
Plan and lead deployments using Copado and version control systems.
Manage testing, QA, UAT, and production release cycles.
Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning.
Lead initiatives related to Salesforce data migration, duplication management, and system integration (ERP/CPQ).
Act as a trusted advisor for Order-to-Cash processes and overall CRM architecture.
3–6 years of experience in Salesforce administration or business analysis roles (Lightning preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience working in Salesforce Lightning Experience
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce integrations (API/ERP)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration: workflows, formulas, approval processes, validation rules
Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Working knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench, dataloader.io)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins)
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification
Experience with Copado (Admin or Developer certification is a plus)
SAFe or Agile practitioner certification
Experience with Order-to-Cash workflows or CPQ
Familiarity with Salesforce Inspector, Metazoa, and X-Author
Working SQL knowledge
Willingness to work in the night shift
