Client Support Specialist

You will be part of a diverse global team responsible for providing client support on our business intelligence tools. You will hold investigative conversations with clients to drive product usage and revenue. You will be the nerve center of the organization where you are the face of the organization to our clients. You will help them with their questions while showcasing your vast knowledge of our tools, our data, and the industries we cover. You will also be their advocate and work with different teams inside the organization across many functional areas (Sales, Technology, Content, Industry Research etc.)

The Financial Institutions Group team is responsible for providing client support for our business intelligence tool by holding investigative conversations with clients & driving product usage. Being present in Argentina, India, Pakistan, Philippines, United Kingdom, and USA makes it a truly global team. Members of the team get to learn in-depth global financial industry knowledge, produce webcast presentations, and develop technical skills. You will also work with different teams inside the organization across many functional areas (Sales, Technology, Product Management, Content & Industry Research, etc.)

As the face of the organization, your regular day requires you to answer client queries while showcasing your vast knowledge of our tools, data, and the industries we cover. Additionally, you'll help to accelerate the quality and timeliness of the data, improve operational efficiency to reduce error rates, and improve support survey scores to help maintain retention rates and drive revenue increases.

  • You will provide client support via phone, email, and other mediums
  • You would make suggestions regarding product usability, presentation, and data quality
  • You will work with clients and internal colleagues to help build customized, data-intensive Excel models
  • You will work with Senior Associates on projects which improve and develop subject matter expertise
  • Partner with product teams on the timely and thorough testing of our products, with an eye toward the client experience
  • Help clients with MI mapping tools to conduct market analysis related to mortgage, demographic, and asset level research
  • Lead Proactive Outreach Campaigns on U.S. bank regulations and product enhancements
  • Conduct webcasts for our clients with expert knowledge of the FIG industry
  • Use Excel Intermediate knowledge to create templates on multiple combined datasets currently not available on the website
  • Create SFDC reports and analyze the data to improve the daily procedures of the team
  • Lead associate training and mentor new hires
  • Lead FIG projects assigned and be able to initiate self-driven projects and initiatives

What we're looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s/College degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in finance, capital markets or the global economy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Team-player mentality with tight-knit teamwork skills
  • Flexible to changes in a rapidly growing environment
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Proficient ability to navigate and use common computer programs
