It is the responsibility of the Financial Relationship Specialist III to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum recommendation of 24 months of Customer Service/Sales experience
Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Previous banking experience preferred, Good PC skills, Strong organizational skills, ability to read, write and speak English, ability to analyze and solve problems.

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, cash denominations and identify customers. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. Must be willing to travel for meetings and classes, must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
This position is most likely in an open lobby area with an individual workstation or individual desk. The position is located inside a cooled and heated facility with ability to go to a break room or rest room during breaks.
Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $40,092.00 - $60,138.00, actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
