About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving local sales initiatives, building community relationships, and supporting our restaurants through strategic event planning and grassroots marketing. This role is ideal for someone who's outgoing, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to grow restaurant traffic and sales.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, hotels, event planners, and community organizations.

  • Coordinate and promote in-house events, private dining, and catering opportunities.

  • Represent Tin Lizzy's at local networking events, festivals, and community gatherings.

  • Partner with General Managers and Operations Leaders to ensure each location's initiatives align with brand goals.

  • Track sales efforts, measure ROI, and provide regular updates on key performance metrics.

  • Ensure all promotional materials and events reflect the Tin Lizzy's brand standards and culture of "Friends Serving Friends."

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or event sales (multi-unit experience a plus).

  • Proven ability to develop local partnerships and drive traffic through community engagement.

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-starter who can manage priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Passion for hospitality, food, and connecting with people.
