Job Summary:
The Human Resources Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring smooth pre-employment and onboarding processes, managing essential HR documentation, and overseeing specialized hiring for programs such as summer camps. This position is responsible for coordinating incoming HR paperwork, maintaining accurate records, handling HR email correspondence, supporting compliance reporting, and contributing to process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in office coordination, business processes, or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in human resources
