Technical Sales Architect Focused On Developer Platform & Integrations

As a Technical Sales Architect focused on Developer Platform & Integrations, you will partner with the Zoom Developer team to help define how Zoom's platform connects with the broader enterprise technology ecosystem. You'll serve as the integration SME and ultimate escalation point for pre-sales engineers, helping connect the dots between Zoom's developer platform, AI capabilities, workflows, and third-party integrations.

The Technical Sales Architecture (TSA) team at Zoom is foundational in shaping and delivering trusted technical solutions for our customers. We work closely with product, sales, engineering, and customer experience teams to ensure our platform meets the dynamic needs of diverse industries. TSAs bring technical expertise and leadership to support our field teams and drive long-term customer value.

Responsibilities:

  • Enabling pre-sales engineers on integration architecture, minimizing customer escalations while ensuring field teams can position platform capabilities.
  • Guiding customer architecture decisions related to Zoom developer best practices and third-party system integration.
  • Maintaining fluency in modern integration methods including iPaaS platforms, workflow automation, agent frameworks, and emerging standards such as MCP and agent-to-agent protocols.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to gather market feedback and help connect capabilities across Zoom Developer platform, AI platform, and workflows.
  • Developing and delivering enablement content including training sessions, demos, reference architectures, and technical deep-dives.
  • Representing Zoom in customer briefings and technical discussions focused on Zoom platform extensibility.

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5+ years in customer-facing technical roles including solutions architecture, sales engineering, or integration specialist work, with demonstrated experience in platform integrations and API architecture.
  • Good understanding of integration architecture, data flow, and iPaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrate ability in writing code and scripting with ability to read, debug, and discuss technical implementations.
  • AI fluency demonstrated through adoption of AI-assisted development tools and understanding of MCP, agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration patterns.
  • Able to present complex architectures clearly to both technical and business audiences.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $174,500.00 Maximum: $389,400.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
