The pay range for this role is $20-$22 per hour based on experience and location. What you'll do:
If your area of focus includes developmental disabilities (DD), you are required to comply with all applicable state regulations regarding training, documentation, and any other mandated practices to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards. This includes, but is not limited to, in person meetings, maintaining accurate records, completing required training within specified timeframes, and adhering to state-specific guidelines to support individuals effectively and responsibly.
What you'll bring:
Management authority: conducts performance reviews, trains other associates, directs work of other associates.
Physical requirements: ability to move, transport, or position: up to 50 pounds; up to 100 pounds. Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel requirements: regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather.
