Shift: Part time Monday - Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position:
The Roper St Francis Health System Nursing Support Assistant provides dedicated system wide support to Nursing. This position maintains and updates the nursing website as directed and/or approved by nursing leadership, assists with system wide nursing projects, and manages the Roper Hospital meeting rooms.
Essential Job Functions:
• Working with Nursing Leadership, regularly review and update the nursing website for the nursing system.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating special projects as directed by Nursing Leadership. Work must be accurate and completed within established deadlines.
• Manage the reservation process of the Roper Hospital meeting room.
• Perform other job duties and responsibilities as required. Licensing/Certification: N/A
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Work Experience: At least 1 year of clerical experience (required). 3 years of administrative work experience which must have included some experience with updating and managing web content preferred.
