Service Advisor/Sales
Here at Baxleys, the Service Advisor will be the link between our customers and technicians. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and listen to customer concerns
- Assess repairs
- Provide cost estimates
- Schedule service appointments
- Ensure timely completion of repairs
- Sell additional services
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Required skills:
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational skills a must
- Strong computer proficiency for managing records
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
