 
                                                
                                            Here at Baxleys, the Service Advisor will be the link between our customers and technicians. Key responsibilities include: Greet and listen to customer concerns, assess repairs, provide cost estimates, schedule service appointments, ensure timely completion of repairs, sell additional services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Required skills include basic automotive knowledge, strong sales and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, organizational skills a must, and strong computer proficiency for managing records. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively. This is a part time position M-F.
