The Senior Quality Engineer leads and performs advanced testing of multiple software applications within PBM to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and freedom from defects. This role involves designing and executing test plans, creating test data, documenting complex issues, and driving resolution efforts while reporting progress to management. In addition to potential hands-on testing responsibilities, the Senior Quality Engineer is accountable for leading a team of testers, with a strong focus on test automation, refinement sessions, and user story definition. The role requires active participation and facilitation of all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
