 
                                                
                                            We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to help design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service.
A Senior Consultant is an intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities include consulting with clients on service line workflow, guiding them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, providing solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders, driving client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements, mitigating solution risks and issues, executing workflow and process improvement strategies, leading client meetings and events, and driving internal team initiatives.
Basic qualifications include at least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including at least 1 year of healthcare information technology consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience. At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education is also required. Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position is necessary. Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen.
Expectations include performing other responsibilities as assigned, being willing to travel up to 50% as needed, and being willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
