Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Concentrix is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our growing team, with expertise across Vlocity CPQ, Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity), and Sales Cloud. This role will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on CPQ and core sales functionalities using modern Salesforce technologies such as Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Responsibilities include: designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ to support complex product configurations and quoting processes; developing custom Salesforce components and solutions within Sales Cloud, focusing on Core Selling features, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC); working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementations; collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, admins, QA, and project managers; maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce configurations, ensuring high performance and scalability; providing production support, debugging, and resolution of issues across CPQ and Sales Cloud functionalities; and staying up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Required skills include: 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development; hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ – including Omni Studio (Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards); strong expertise in Sales Cloud – including opportunity management, quoting, and lead-to-cash processes; proficient in building front-end components using Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC); solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex programming, SOQL, and integration patterns; experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices; and Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Developer II or Salesforce Industries certifications are a plus.

Preferred qualifications include: experience with other Salesforce products such as Service Cloud or Experience Cloud; knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a DevOps environment; and strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
