Quality Control Engineer
Belcan is currently seeking a Quality Control Engineer (CMM Specialist) to support dimensional inspection and quality validation of turbine components. This role will utilize CMM programming and GD&T interpretation to ensure conformance to design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and operate CMMs using PCDMIS
- Interpret GD&T for inspection planning
- Validate component conformance with design teams
- Document inspection results and support root cause analysis
- Develop repeatable inspection workflows
U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of dimensional inspection experience
- Proficiency in CMM programming and GD&T (ASME Y14.5M - 2009)
- Experience with solid models (preferably NX)
- Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $32.00-$40.00 per hour.
