The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Hardware Development team designs and builds mission-critical, ultra-high-performance, integrated compute and storage systems with sophisticated embedded software and advanced management services (ILOM, UEFI). We are seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer with expertise in test automation utilizing Python. You will be an integral part of a team that spearheads the development of innovative testing methodologies to validate the robustness of our platforms, conducts meticulous root-cause analysis of failures, and collaborates closely with development partners to implement corrective actions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional development and quality engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and test suites.
• Regularly maintain and update existing test cases and suites to accommodate platform enhancements and changes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in technology and hardware to develop effective test cases.
• Execute test suites on platforms under test, analyze test failures, identify and report code and platform bugs, and update tests accordingly.
• Able to prioritize and deliver tasks with minimal supervision.
• Release cycles are short; the ideal candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment where rapid turnaround is crucial to success.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
