Actalent Mechanical Engineer

Assist in the design, manufacture, assembly, and/or evaluation of mechanical and electro-mechanical devices, machinery, and systems. Provide engineering support in design activities and/or modification of mechanical systems and assemblies. Release designs in accordance with standards on time to meet customer and production demands.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BSME with 2-5 years of experience
• Product design and development experience using SolidWorks 3D modeling and drafting.
• Familiarity with mechanical engineering drawings and bill of materials (BOM).
• Ability to design and model parts and assemblies given basic conceptual information.
• Experience with sheet metal design.
• Laser Cutting Experience
• K-Factors (nice to have)
• C Channel Designs
• Experience working with Stainless Steel

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
