Manufacturing Engineer

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies. Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Support production teams with tooling, equipment, and process documentation. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Pay Range: $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
