We are looking for a dedicated Manager Retail Services Food and Nutrition like you to be a part of our team. Under the direct supervision of the Director, performs those duties directly involved with a variety of Food and Nutritional procedures. Has primary responsibility for ensuring departmental functions are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintains a high level of compliance to performance standards in conducting daily business operations. Sets priorities for the staff; ensures projects are completed; performs regular inspections of assigned areas; maintains documentation required for regulatory compliance; provides assistance with Food and Nutrition Services Director and Executive Chef, the food production operations of the department, maintains current standards, laws, policies and procedures. Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge and enforces uniform compliance with all current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards within all production, storage areas of the department. Establishes patient, employee and environmental safety infection control and EOC management as a leadership priority and maintains consistent compliance with specified safety and practice standards. Stocks necessary retail environment items such as: condiments, soda, sandwiches, salads, desserts, miscellaneous refrigerated items, chips, snacks, candy, non-food items such as cups, napkins, flatware, and other disposables, etc. Checks for variety and attractiveness. Maintains inventory levels off all department food and supplies ensuring prescribed amounts of inventory turns and is within budgetary guidelines.
What qualifications you will need: Associate degree required, High School Diploma required, Minimum of three years supervisory/management experience in healthcare setting, Required ANAB Approved Food Management Course or as required by state within 90 days of Employment.
