Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated recruitment expertise and leadership experience.
Extensive recruiting domain expertise and leadership experience. Proven ability to build trust and drive strong relationships across diverse organizations. Track record of driving results and ensuring accountability and performance across teams. Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with C-Suite executives and present data clearly. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making. Demonstrated ability to influence change and negotiate effectively. Global project/program management experience in complex organizational structures. Willingness to travel as needed.

The base pay range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. You are also equity eligible.
