Account Executive Opportunity At Zoom Cx

Zoom Cx is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Executive to hunt and close new business opportunities. This strategic sales role will focus on identifying and capturing greenfield opportunities, driving transformative customer experience (CX) outcomes through consultative solution selling. The ideal candidate will target and penetrate organizations with 250+ contact center agents, building a robust pipeline of net-new business while delivering significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting into select greenfield accounts by targeting key lines of business and decision-making personas
  • Execute disciplined sales process, including value selling and MEDDPICC
  • Drive a high level of discipline around pipeline management and forecasting
  • Develop and present comprehensive ROI-focused solutions that address specific customer pain points and business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success
  • Deliver executive-level presentations on value proposition and business impact

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise experience in contact center or selling CX technology solutions
  • History of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Deep understanding of contact center technologies and market dynamics
  • Expertise in value-based selling methodologies and outcome-driven sales approaches
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and enterprise prospecting
  • Ability to combine excellent communication skills and proven strategic thinking capabilities

Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $174,500.00 Maximum: $389,400.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
