Engineering Coordinator

Job Title: North America Supply Chain Sourcing Manager

This role supports the North America Supply Chain organization by managing sourcing initiatives for elevator components. The individual will work cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate execution of procurement activities. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and analyzing RFQs and RFIs to support sourcing decisions
• Collecting technical drawings and specifications required for supplier quotes
• Coordinating technical reviews between suppliers and engineering teams
• Submitting First Article Inspection requests through internal systems and tracking progress to completion
• Maintaining internal RFQ tracking tools for visibility and accuracy
• Entering supplier pricing into the ERP system and validating data integrity
• Following up with awarded suppliers to ensure timely implementation of sourcing outcomes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support cadence reporting and performance updates

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
