We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in North Charleston, South Carolina. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Provide IT orientation and onboarding support for new employees.
• Establish and maintain Bluetooth and other device connections to ensure seamless functionality.
• Deliver onsite technical support to address user needs promptly and effectively.
• Perform system administration tasks including user account management and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Administer Active Directory including managing permissions and user groups.
• Implement and maintain desktop imaging processes to streamline system setups.
• Utilize Windows 10 expertise to ensure system stability and security.
• Monitor and support desktop hardware to ensure consistent functionality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in PC desktop and workstation support.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and administration.
• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Expertise in Windows 10 operating system and related applications.
• Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and tools.
• Knowledge of system administration tasks, including user and system management.
• Experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
• A+ Certification is preferred but not required.
