Call Center Professional Opportunity

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking Call Center Professionals to work at a diverse, and financially stable client in Columbia, SC. Pay: Ranges from $14.00 - $19.00 Shift: 8 hours between 7am-8pm Monday-Friday

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You'll be:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, and performing research as needed to resolve inquiries.
  • Reviewing and adjudicating claims and/or appeals.
  • Identifying incorrectly processed claims and processes adjustments and reprocessing actions according to department guidelines.
  • Entering claims into the claim system after verification of correct coding of procedures and diagnosis codes.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Have at least 2 years of call center experience OR a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Have 1 years of claims experience.
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have strong customer service skills.
  • Have good spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.
  • Have basic business math proficiency.
  • Are able to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
