Corrugated Box Sales Representative

Sales Professional

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional with at least two years of experience in corrugated box sales and a strong book of business. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of packaging—from single-layer cardboard to double/triple-walled corrugated fluting—and can confidently sell high-quality solutions to avoid customer dissatisfaction. In this role, you will manage and grow existing client relationships while actively prospecting and onboarding new accounts. A key part of your success will involve transitioning and retaining a portion of your current book of business. You'll engage in outbound sales activities, including door-to-door prospecting, and work closely with internal customer service teams to ensure seamless support for your clients. This position requires the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, giving you the freedom to focus on driving results. Initial onboarding and training will take place at our Charlotte or Charleston plant for 2–4 weeks, after which you'll have flexibility to work remotely. Skills and Requirements: Has two years of corrugated box sales experience and packaging industry experience. Can bring over part of their book of business or is a go-getter. Understands distribution margins and value-add sales. Is patient, self-driven, and relationship-focused. Has no restrictive non-compete (or is willing to navigate it). Familiarity with other parts of packaging sales and the ability to add more business to the packaging portfolio.
