Client Service Manager - HNAS

This job partners with assigned Client Managers to maintain and grow existing business and ensure that positive account relationships are maintained. The incumbent assists in the preparation of proposals, meeting materials and/or sales collateral during the account renewal process. Evaluates, recommends and implements processes to ensure that account objectives are met. Serves as the sales liaison between group administrators and the Organization's internal departments for problem resolution.

This role is looking for someone who has experience with TPA, Stop loss, and self funded clients.

Essential responsibilities include: partnering with assigned Client Manager(s) to maintain and grow existing business, assisting in the preparation of benefit design analysis for specialized proposals and quotes, developing detailed specifications for implementation of new products for clients, analyzing operational business problems and providing problem resolution, leveraging internal resources to bring the best service and problem resolution to assigned accounts, and functioning as the primary contact for the resolution of the day to day account service issues.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization or a bachelor's degree. Skills required include service orientation, diligence, problem solving, communication, and drive for results.

The pay range for this position is $17.31 to $25.96. Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
